Our policy is valid for 14 days after your order has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have changed your mind/ products are faulty or damaged (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside), please email us at email@example.com with the following details;
- order number
- date of purchase
- Items that you would like to return
- Photos identifying defect ( faulty or damaged products (not the box))
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you return any of the items from your original shipment, your order will no longer be eligible for Free Shipping and you will be charged a shipping cost for the original shipment. The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit, which will be issued after returned products are received.
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
As with any skincare products that are applied directly to the skin, reactions can occur. If you know you are allergic to certain ingredients, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order, or check the product descriptions and ingredients lists on our website. We strongly recommended that you test the product on a small area of your skin in isolation from other products first if you are unsure.
If any reactions do occur, please suspend use and consult a physician if needed. We apologise in advance if our products do give you an allergic reaction. However, glass skin. is not liable of any reactions that you develop and cannot offer replacement products or returns. We, glass skin., carefully curated products that are skin-safe. We hope that this will never happen to you!

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the total value of your returning items are over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
